Order process: 

 

Upon placement of your order you will be sent an order confirmation via email. Once payment is received and your order has been confirmed, your order will be processed and dispatched within 1 working day. 

 

Orders paid via PayFast are immediately confirmed and does not require any proof of payment to be sent. 

 

Orders paid via EFT (electronic funds transfer) will only be dispatched once funds have reflected in the Kheper bank account. Please send proof of payment to info@kheper.co.za.

 

You will then receive your shipping  email once your products have been dispatched along with a tracking number which will allow you to track your items on the third party courier website.

 

During sale periods and new collection launches the processing and dispatch process may be slightly delayed by 1-3 working days due to the high volume of orders.

Being a purely e-commerce company, we pride ourselves on being able to provide our products to all customers regardless of your location. Our orders are shipped nationwide in South Africa via Churchills International Courier Services. 

Shipment Delivery Period

On the day that you receive your shipping confirmation email the order should take between 1-4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays)  to be delivered thereafter. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: Should you be located in a outlaying or rural area shipping may in some cases take longer than 1-4 working days to reach you.

International Shipping via DHL 

We ship Internationally via DHL directly to your door. 

Shipping cost are calculated at checkout point.

Depending which county expected delivery times are 3 to 6 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) 

ALL VAT AND DUTIES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT

If you are experiencing any complications or delays with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier with the shipping information you are provided with via  your shipment email.Once the shipment has left our facilities we will have to go through the same procedure to find out any further information.
