What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment options

You can pay your order with a credit card or debit card via PayFast (VISA / Mastercard / American Express), Direct Deposit (EFT), Mobicred, Zapper, or Snapscan or pay in installments via Payflex.

IS MY ONLINE PAYMENT SAFE?

Kheper uses PayFast and Payflex which is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to protect user’s personal information when transmitted via the Internet. SSL is the standard for internet payments and is supported by Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer, and other popular browsers.

 

For Direct Deposit (EFT):

Complete your order at the checkout point, when asked for payment options choose the EFT and a pop up of our banking details will appear and complete your order and our banking details will also appear on your order confirmation email once you have completed your order.

Where is my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

Ordering and delivery

How will you ship my order and how long will it take?

South Africa local shipping

Being a purely e-commerce company, we pride ourselves on being able to provide our products to all customers regardless of your location. Our orders are shipped nationwide in South Africa via Dawn Wing.

Shipment Delivery Period

On the day that you receive your shipping confirmation email, the order should take between 1-4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to be delivered.

Please note: Should you be located in an outlaying or rural area shipping may in some cases take up to 5 working days to reach you.

International shipping with DHL

We ship Internationally via DHL directly to your door.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Depending on which county expected delivery times are 3 to 6 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

 

ALL VAT AND DUTIES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT

If you are experiencing any complications or delays with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier with the shipping information you are provided with via your shipment email. Once the shipment has left our facilities we will have to go through the same procedure to find out any further information.

Kheper reserves the right to cancel and refund any order, at any time, for any reason.

What happens when an item oversells?

From time to time due to high volume of sales, our online shop may oversell on an item, in that situation we will contact you telephonically or via email to either:

  • Offer a gift voucher - we will only issue a gift voucher to the value of the over-sold item at its sale price, we, unfortunately, cannot keep stock aside once we do restock the item.

OR

  • a cash refund to the value of the sale item.

I received a faulty or wrong product?

We apologize for this inconvenience and take full responsibility for this mistake. Email us at info@kheper.co.za and will immediately sort that out by sending our courier to collect the incorrect order or faulty product.

We will correct the order by:

  • sending you a brand new product
  • should have sold out on that specific product we will issue you with either a gift voucher to the value of the product, a full refund
  • swop the product for another one of the same value of your liking.

Returns

How do I return an item?

If you want to return an item then please go to Log an Exchange or Return at the bottom of the page and follow the following steps.

  • Visit our returns center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
  • Approved returns and exchanges must be sent to us within 5 working days

When the item has been received it will be checked and you will be updated on your return via email.

 

 

What items can be returned?

The items that can be returned are listed below under the following conditions.

  • Within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • In unused, unwashed, and in resellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags and hygiene strips attached

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items
  • Underwear
  • Face Masks

How do I exchange an item?

Did you order a size too small to big or in the wrong color, no problem.

We allow the exchange of purchased items that meet our policy. Once the exchange request is approved, you will receive a voucher for the value of the returned item so you can purchase your exchange.

How do I ship back the items?

When your return or exchange has been approved you will receive an email with all the information on how to ship the item back to us and what easy shipping ways to use.
