Exchanges & Returns Policy

Returns and exchanges:

Kheper Exchange and Return Policy:

Our Policy is that you are able to either exchange or return your purchase within 7 days of receiving them from the courier or collecting them from our premises. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the following NON NEGOTIABLE terms must be met.  Your item/items must still have the swing tag attached, be clean, unused, unwashed, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. It will be inspected before the refund or exchange is approved.

We do not exchange products that are intimate or sanitary goods such as underwear or swimwear.

Discounted and Sales Items: We do not exchange or refund items that are bought when on sale or discounted. 

Please note, some items can go out of stock quickly, as a result, we may not always be able to always make the desired exchanges. In a situation were an item has gone out of stock,  we will issue you a gift voucher or refund of the same value as your returned item/items. We will not be able to keep an item aside for you even if it will be restocked at a later date.

Your are  responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.. If you have received an incorrect order or faulty garment, (everyone makes mistakes) shipping charges will then be refunded if you are returning an item or will be covered by Kheper when processing an exchange.

Please email info@kheper.co.za to lodge a request to either return or exchange an item along with the courier service you will be using to return your item.

Please note: When returning an item it needs to be delivered to Kheper as we will not collect at PostNet.
