Exchanges & Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Kheper

Kheper Exchange and Return Policy:

Our Policy is that you are able to either exchange or return your purchase within 7 days of receiving them from the courier or collecting them from our premises. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the following NON NEGOTIABLE terms must be meet.  Your item/items must still have the swing tag attached, be clean unused, unwashed, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. It will be inspected before the refund or exchange.

We do not exchange products that are intimate or sanitary goods such as underwear or swimwear.

Please note, some items can go out of stock quickly, as a result, we may not always be able to always make the desired exchanges. In a situation were an item has gone out of stock,  we will issue you a gift voucher/refund of the same value as your returned item/items. We will not be able to keep an item aside for you even if it will be restocked at a later date.

Your are  responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.. If you have received an incorrect order or faulty garment, (everyone makes mistakes) shipping charges will be refunded then.

Returns

Please email info@kheper.co.za to make us aware of your request to either return or exchange an item and which courier service you will be using.  DO NOT send any message on INSTAGRAM OR WHATSAPP regarding return or exchanges, as these messages can be missed

When returning an item please email us to send you an return which you will need to complete and include with your order. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to info@kheper.co.za notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed via EFT, within 14 day.

For your own protection, we recommend shipping your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Kheper will not be held responsible for packages lost in transit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary between 3-5 working days.
