Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.
It is the responsibility of the customer to make themselves familiar with the Kheper SA Return and Exchange policy prior to purchasing. Kheper SA will not be liable for a customer being unaware of our Exchange and Returns policy.

Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
Non-sale items - 30 days from delivery
Discounted\Sale Items - 7 days from delivery
Once you have received a return approval email, returns and exchanges must be delivered to our warehouse within 7 working days from the date of the return approval email being sent to you.
Items must be in unused and unwashed condition
Items must be in the original packaging with all the tags
Any damaged item that has signs of wear, been washed, tags removed, pet hair or makeup marks on it will be declined and the item will be shipped back at the customer's expense.
Custom altered items
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days. We will get our courier to collect the faulty item. Once the faulty has been received and inspected.
We will replace it with the same item.
If the product is sold out, we will issue you a store credit including shipping.
All our items have a 6 monthly stitch work guarantee. This means that if any of the seams are coming loose without them being damaged by normal wear and tear, we will replace them.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items that meet our policy. Once the exchange request is approved, you will receive a voucher to the value of the returned item so you can repurchase your desired item\s.
The following refund options are supported:
Refund to the original payment method
Refund to store credit (if applicable)
Should you wish to do a return or exchange, the shipping cost is for the customer
Should you receive a faulty item, Kheper SA will be responsible for the shipping cost.

14 working days after your return has been approved
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
The items returned will be refunded to the value of the sales price at the time of purchase.
